We had an amazing time at Sarah & Fahad's wedding in The Gran Tuscany Hotel.
The first ceremony preformed was the Mehendi ceremony. This ceremony is done when henna is put on the bride's hands and feet. This is a tradition often done in Indian weddings signifying love in a marriage.
Then, the Nikah ceremony was preformed. This is where the bride and groom sign a contract of their marriage and as they walk off together, the guests throw petals to celebrate the couple.
Afterward, there was a ceremony where family members of the couple made speeches to wish the couple a happy life together. During this ceremony, Sarah wore a traditional red Indian wedding dress that had intricate designs. Fahad wore a suite with a red rose that complimented Sarah's dress.
The hotel was in the process of being built and was opened just for their ceremony. The room was decorated elegantly for the couple.
Furthermore, the hotel was packed with guests from all over. The couple's family flew in from their home countries to witness the ceremony. There were also special guests like Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, Representative Al Green, and County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.
Sarah & Fahad also had fun by recording themselves in the room, thanking their guests for attending.
Overall, it was an true honor to capture this lovely couple. We had an unforgettable night filled with surprise and celebrities.
